Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, spending time with the family, and being outdoors.

I work on new and existing products to ensure products work as intended and are up to fire code when applicable. I work with vendors and customers to find solutions when problems arise. If your door gets stuck open at closing time, I'll be there to help get it down.

I assist with helping customers schedule all things that are service-related including service request, service installs, and Planned Maintenance agreements, along with helping set up new customers in our service system for current and future service requests.
